Young Peoples Group

Groups take place on a Tuesday evening 5:30-7pm. We look at a different topic each week raising awareness of Mental Health and Domestic Abuse. We learn coping strategies, ways to manage our anger, our emtions, our own wellbeing, confidence and self esteem, etc we support each other on our journeys. We also carry out a 45 minute activity after the awareness group linked with the topic for exaomple sports, games . We make food for all those that attend at 5:30. There is also 1-1 support available.

What we do:

We work with children, young people and adults around their Mental Health and Domestic Abuse, we look to empowering each individual with bespoke packages tailored to everyones needs. We do this through 1-1 work taking place in schools, colleges, community buildings etc. We work with age 4 and above. We also look to reducing anti social behaviour in young people, and building resilience. With our Domestic Abuse work we empower and help everyone lives free from abuse.

Activities:

Topic of the young persons choice in our group age 11-17 followed with an activity like games, sport, arts and crafts. 1-1 support for all.
