Wesham Stay and Play
Home-Start supports families in the local Fleetwood community through a Stay and Play group. Many parents need help and friendship advice or support during those early years. For some families this can seem overwhelming at times. But through group support, we can help and support the family to help their children’s future be so much brighter. Some of our families struggle, as they have no family or friends nearby.
What we do:
Some of our families are isolated in the community, with no family nearby and struggle to make friends, or going through difficult times. Providing a group enables them to mix with other parents and children. We are friendly, caring and know how to listen to parents. We are trustworthy and none judge mental.Activities:
A stay and play group where parents can bring their children to a safe environment to play. We provide healthy snacks for the children and a range of play activities to encourage social and emotional development to ease the transition into education.Links:
