Unit 2 Online Tracking & Training

This isn’t a group we’ve just set up in a rush and a panic upon having to temporarily close, this is something we have built up and worked on for over 2 years.

There is an abundance of information on calorie tracking, protein intake, meal ideas as well as daily workouts, help, motivation and support in a private Facebook group or WhatsApp group.

What we do:

Based in a private Facebook group (or WhatsApp group if preferable) we are supporting vulnerable, isolated and lonely women to exercise, raise motivation, help mantain a postive attitude & in the process emotionally support them through an online/virtual presence (for now!) during the current COVID-19 pandemic.

Activities:

Online daily training including HIIT workouts, seated low impact workouts, boot camp classes, weekly challenges and a walking/running virtual “group”. Easy recipes & meal inspiration. Daily quizzes. Friendly chats. Telephone/video call support.
