What we do:

We will do all we can to support you throughout your recovery journey. From help with benefits to writting a CV. We will make sure you have the best chance to make positive changes in your life. We are a completely independent UK Charity run solely by people with past experience of addictive behaviours. We understand what you are going through and are well equiped to help.

Activities:

Using CBT and REBT training to put you in control of your own recovery. Proven techniques that help you look to the future and start your new life.
