theSWITCH

Providing support to people seeking to achieve their work and learning aspirations, and become more active.

Facilitating formal and informal learning within our community setting, along with information, advice, guidance and support services as needed. Our activities bring together the local community and support residents access to, and awareness of public services.

We’ve just celebrated our 10 year anniversary in 2020, join our community and make the next 10 years even better!

What we do:

theSWITCH has a zero cost approach to providing support. The money in your pocket shouldn't define the help you're able to receive. We try to eliminate cost from all our activities wherever feasible, and we're open to all residents following a quick registration chat. Enjoy a free brew (or two) while we help get you sorted, come back again to continue, make new friends, or volunteer with us.

Activities:

• We offer a wide range of services from form filling to free supported computer courses • Learn at your own pace, and our courses are suitable for all ages and abilities • Why not pop-in and have a chat with us, bring a friend/career if that helps.
