Who Can We Help?
The Lancashire Carers Service works across the county providing support and information to adult Carers (18+).
What we do:
We support Carers in Lancashire to reduce the impact of their caring role through providing the following services : • Carers Assessments. • Regular Coffee and Chat support groups. During the Covid-19 crisis these groups are running online through our new online Carers Community Network. • Support with planning for contingency or an emergency including an option for up to 72 hours free replacement care for emergencies. • Access to a 24-hour CHAT Line manned by volunteers.
