Sliding Doors is a place is a place of belonging, laughter, and fresh beginnings. We’re a local voluntary group that creates life-changing opportunities for people living with disability, loneliness or who simply want to be part of a community that cares for each other and has fun

What we do:

The Sliding Doors Hub is where most of our daytime activities happen and our weekly social (party!) night takes place on Thursday nights at The Blues Bar at Ewood Park. Whether you're looking for some meaningful volunteer work, want to meet new friends, learn crafts or get fit, you'll find the perfect activity with Sliding Doors.

Social Groups Boredom Busters (arts & crafts for all abilities) Ladies Gym Sessions (free) Men's group (all ages) Over 50's womens groups Dementia socials and reminescence therapy Youth Club Disco party nights
