Sarah Smith-Sergeant Yoga

I am a 200 hour qualified Ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher, specialist pre and postnatal yoga teacher, educator and mother of twins. I work passionately to bring the benefits of yoga and mindfulness from bump, birth and beyond. Based in Preston, I work in a wide range of venues and schools across Lancashire.

What we do:

• Pregnancy Yoga My pregnancy yoga classes are suitable for most women and you don’t need any previous yoga experience to start the class. Come and enjoy some gentle movements to ease out tension and build strength; learn a variety of breathing techniques to help you feel calm and empowered throughout your pregnancy, labour and even when your baby arrives; spend time connecting and bonding with your baby and relax deeply in guided meditation. • Mother and Baby Yoga Spend some time bonding with your baby whilst you both enjoy some gentle exercises, songs and relaxation. Suitable from 6 weeks to crawling.
