We are a fully inclusive Boxing Club with qualified professional boxing coaches that provide daily sessions for all age groups.
What we do:
We are a community based Boxing Club in Penwortham that welcomes all ages and abilities. We strive to promote respect, confidence, discipline and fitness. We run several classes throughout the week and can provide personal sessions on a one to one basis if requested. Please see activity timetable below. Saturday 9-10am under 11's sessions are free with free refreshments!!!!!! Saturday 10-11am 12-17yrs sessions are free with free refreshments!!!!!Activities:
Monday 5-6pm - 8-11yrs £3, 6-7pm -17yrs+ £4 Tuesday 5-6pm - 12-17yrs £3, 6-7pm 17yrs+ £4 Wednesday 7pm ladies only 8pm ladies only £4 Thursday 5-6pm - 8-11yrs £3, 6-7pm - 17yrs + £4 Friday 5-6pm - 12-17yrs £3, 6-7pm 17yrs+ £4If you are interested in this group please contact:
