Ox Qigong is about helping you keep your body and mind active with the practice of Qigong. A 5,000 year old mind and body exercise sharing much in common with yoga. Qigong is easy to learn and gentle with flowing movements like Tai Chi combined with breathwork to help you live in harmony and balance with yourself, assisting you to achieve strength, flexibility, and healing in body, mind and spirit.
For me, Paul, Qigong has helped me with depression, back injury, broken bones and osteoarthritis.
What we do:Classes are taught locally face to face in community settings, but are also available as virtual classes via Zoom. Via the app, available through the website only there is an online community group, extensive video library of tutorial videos and structured online programs for more in depth practice and fun challenges.
Activities:Weekly face to face and virtual classes in Qigong, Tai Chi and more.
