Made In Haslingden

Made In Haslingden is a small charity whose aim is to provide regular sessions to which members of the community of Haslingden and beyond can come to undertake craft-based activities in a Craft Group and a Men’s Shed. Our sessions and activities are dementia friendly, suitable for all ages and skill levels. We meet on the third Friday of the month 1-3pm. We also run a Dementia Carers’ Cafe on the same day from 1:45-3pm

What we do:

At our friendly Craft sessions and Men's Shed, members of the community meet together, to share skills, learn new skills, or just to chat over a brew and a piece of cake. Our volunteers welcome you so that you can easily join in, even if you come alone. Our Dementia Carers' Cafe provides advice, information and support for carers of people living with dementia.

Activities:

Knitting, sewing, crochet, card making, colouring, flower arranging, willow weaving, simple carpentry. Carer support, advice & information
