What we do:
Mindful & Relaxing: the gentle art of tai chi is a great way to improve your health and fitness, let go of stress and make new friends. Taught by professional, experienced and friendly instructors the emphasis is on health and well-being. Disabled parking only in the church car park, please ask. 2 hours free parking on store car park next door.Activities:
