Care Network coordinates the Learning Disability Partnership Board and Autism Partnership Board in Blackburn with Darwen on behalf of the borough.
If you or a family member have a learning disability and/ or autism and live in Blackburn with Darwen, there are two regular public meetings which we encourage you to attend, these are:

- Autism Partnership Board
What we do:
We are here for all people living in Blackburn with Darwen. Helping everyone to know where to go to access help, advice and support when they face any of life's challenges. We will help you to navigate what support is available dependent on your needs.Activities:
