Open to the public. Sharpe’s are welcoming cafes sitting within or next to First Light Trust charity shops. Sharpe’s provide a safe, understanding place, for those who have faced traumas and mental health issues in the course of their work in the Armed Forces and Emergency Services. Over a cup of tea in a friendly environment, our staff can offer experienced and professional advice on how to get back on track.
