Freedom Programme

We have highly trained staff who can offer Freedom Programme on a weekly basis. Wednesday afternoon 1pm and Wednesday evening 7pm. Groups lasts for an hour and half and this takes place online via Zoom. Please contact us for a referral form. We accept referrals from agencies as well as self referrals. Each week a link will be sent to you with a password to access the group. We also offer 1-1 support if needed alongside the programme- please note this is for women only.

What we do:

We work with children, young people and adults around their Mental Health and Domestic Abuse, we look to empowering each individual with bespoke packages tailored to everyones needs. Delivered through 1-1 or group support.
