Blackburn Business Improvement District (BID)

Blackburn BID works on behalf of approximately 350 Blackburn town centre businesses, organisations and charities to promote and market the town centre, make it safer and more secure, and make it cleaner, greener and more sustainable.

The BID works with partners to put on events such as the Workout and Wellbeing Festival for the whole community, and helps support charitable projects like Sleep Our Blackburn raising funds to support the homeless.

 

What we do:

Blackburn BID delivers events in the town centre either directly or in partnership with BID members and town centre partners.

Activities:

A calendar of events and activities throughout the year, 2019 to 2023.
