Adlington JFC (Junior Football Club) is run by volunteers as a non-profit organisation. We have teams from under 7s through to under 21s. We play in the Bolton & Bury league on a Saturday morning. The ethos of the club is to have fun and learn the basic skills in becoming a footballer. You can find out more on our website – click here.
AJFC are a FA (Football Association) Charter Standard football club playing in the Bolton & Bury District league. We have very strong links with Bolton Wanderers, Lancashire FA (Football Association), Chorley Council and of course the local community. We have around 18 teams playing football from the age of Under 7s to Under 21s.
What we do:The club is run by volunteers and each team has two FA qualified coaches along with safeguarding and first aid. The reason behind the club is to give the kids of Adlington and surrounding areas the opportunity to learn and play exciting and entertaining football. If you enjoy playing, watching and/or coaching football, then please come down and support us. If you would like to get involved with the club or help with sponsorship or funding, please get in touch.
Activities:Under 7s to under 21s football teams run by trained and committed football coaches, who are all volunteers. Usually, players train once a week and play weekly matches in football season.
