CAP Money Course – Feb 2021
CAP Money is a free budgeting course that helps you to make the most of your money. Devised by Christians Against Poverty, it is offered in the Ribble Valley by St James’ Church, Clitheroe. The course runs for 3 sessions of around 90 minutes each. During the COVID-19 restrictions, the course is being run online via Google Meet.
Registered delegates will be sent a link to to the online meeting, and will also receive a handbook for use during the course and access to an online tool for creating and maintaining their personal budget.
Next planned course: 2nd, 9th and 23rd February 2021. We’d also be happy to hear from anyone who would be interested in a daytime course, or running a bespoke course for your community group/organisation.
Additional InformationDuring the course, you will be helped to: identify your income and expenditure; look at areas where you might be able to cut costs, cut back or cut out; create your own budget; make best use of your bank accounts and cash; create savings; deal with any problem debts. The course is run in groups, with a maximum usually of 12 delegates.
